Admit it. We all have them. Comfort zones, seem to be a natural state for our personalities to take refuge in from time to time. We hide there when our ego is too fragile. When we're tired, when we have been battered by our day at work. Comfort zones may seem like a lovely respite from the daily grind of whatever it is we're going through mentally, physically or emotionally. However, our comfort zones only serve to diminish our true potential and prevent us from living at our edge. Life is short, don't spend it in the armchair of your ego.
