Study Group
With our teacher, Morris, on his next adventure into the red centre for the next 12 months, we are left to our own devices for keiko. Last night was our first Sessa Takuma Study Group session.
The weather was perfect, so we trained in the picturesque setting of the Alexndra Gardens by the Yarra River with the Melbourne CBD as backdrop. Covering conditioning, Fudo ken, Geri, Kihon Happo & sankyu syllabus, we finished off with Kihon Toho & explosive, flat-out, 1 min rounds on the large pad to keep the metabolic rate pumping.
